How the score works
Each technician gives an overall rating from 1 to 5 stars and scores five points: pays on time, time to get paid, fair pay, respect for techs, and keeping their word.
The company score is the average of the overall ratings. Only companies with at least 5 ratings enter the ranking, so a single rating never decides anyone's reputation.
